Before communication between us and you, we would like to give you the opportunity to find out from those closest to you why they do not exercise. If they do, what improvements can be done. At this stage we do not want influence the discussion. Our aims and objectives are to come up with tailor-made exercise. So go ahead and have the discussion. We understand individuals respond differently to exercise and objectives are not the same.

Most of us did sport in school or when growing up but many reasons are put forward as to why we stopped. Swimming, football, rugby, basketball, netball, hockey, the list goes on...

Where do footballers, hockey and basketball players go after years on the pitch playing professionally? We believe, once a sportsman, always a sportsman. We intend to turn every individual from age two to a hundred into a sportsperson. So we are into this for a very, very long time. Maybe one just needs a tailor-made exercise regime, at one's convenient time and not necessarily belong to a team.

All this will be points to discuss before pointing that special person to this website.

Governments are at pains to keep us healthy, both physically and mentally. Some have introduced sugar tax or put a curb on advertisements to curtail the problem. They have supplied grim statistics such as 63 percent of the population being labelled obese with one in every child  being obese. This is the story everyone knows. With more people working from home or unemployed, there has never been a more urgent need to do something before a crisis gets out of hand. It will be very difficult to correct.

We all need to come together, help each other at home and across the borders.

This goes without saying that good physical and mental health is paramount in each individual's life. Society becomes more at peace and happy.

To the individual, better sleep, at which time all building and repair of the good functions of the being happen. Diseases like diabetes, mental health, obesity are kept at bay.

This goes without saying that good physical and mental health is paramount in each individual's life. Society becomes more at peace and happy.

To the individual, better sleep, at which time all building and repair of the good functions of the being happen. Diseases like diabetes, mental health, obesity are kept at bay.

Allow us to digress a little since we are animals, albeit finely tuned. In the animal world you are either the hunter or the hunted. Either way, it pays to keep fit and healthy to survive. Run to eat or run not to be eaten. Coming to us humans, there are some who have to chase after their prey, barefooted in the heat of the midday sun. One has to outrun their prey so one can eat.

Our lives have moved on from the foregoing. Our lives have moved online and this means almost all our activities are done seated hence the great need to have a stringent get-up-and-go exercise regime. The alternative is hard to phantom...

This is a worldwide issue so needs the world to come together as one.

Our past bears testimony to this. We have different football leagues but come together for World Football Cup. Different sports disciplines but come together for the Olympics.

Role of healthy eating is not underestimated. We will work with professionals in the fields of food and right exercise.

As we have mentioned before, individuals are different so are their needs. We will at times implement tailor-made exercises, for example:

  1. Number of sit-ups worked out by dividing one's waistline measurement divided by the length of one's palm. Maybe multiple that result by five.
  2. Skip or run while carrying a ransack filled with sand weighing

  2. Skip or run while carrying a ransack filled with sand weighing as much as your own weight, afterall  you carry that weight daily. This is to depart from having a standard weight for all participants.
  3. Asked to jump half of your own height.
  4. Time for exercise is equal to all so will the gradient of the plain or hill but you have to carry a weight equal to your own.
  5. There should be a consequence for indulging one's self. For example, a burger should require one to run non-stop for two miles or whatever will result in calories burnt being more than calories taken in. Need more salt do another mile to sweat it out for each extra gram or packet. Of course the running should be timed with failure meaning no burger. Need a second helping, then complete twice the distance within the specified time!

All this is timed and yep, you beat your idol!
